Réjeanne Landry Admission Scholarship

INTRODUCTION

This scholarship was generously established by Dean François Julien of the Telfer School of Management in honour of Réjeanne Landry.

Mme Landry worked at the University of Ottawa as an academic assistant for 52 years. Hard-working, dedicated, humble and thorough, she was greatly appreciated by professors, colleagues and students at Telfer. Gifted with an impressive institutional memory, for which she earned the nickname “the Dean,” she was always ready to share her knowledge with colleagues. A two-time recipient of Telfer’s service excellence award, Réjeanne Landry loved her job and showed it every day through her quick, efficient work, coupled with her remarkable attention to detail.

PURPOSE OF FUND

Award a scholarship to a student newly admitted into a French-language undergraduate program at the Telfer School of Management, who demonstrates academic excellence.

SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must:

1. be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with the protected/refugee status or an international student;

2. be newly admitted and registered full-time into a French-language undergraduate program at the Telfer School of Management of the University of Ottawa; and

3. have an admission average of at least 80 %.

Note : The recipient will receive his/her scholarship once he/she is registered at the University of Ottawa.
