INTRODUCTION
Janet LeBlanc is a Canadian business strategist, keynote speaker and best-selling author. She is a leading expert in customer experience management who has produced award-winning results in driving transformational change. With over 25 years of real-world experience, Janet coaches global business executives and public sector leaders on how to propel their employees, customers and organizations forward to deliver a Branded Customer Experience®. She works with Fortune 100 companies and public institutions to connect with customer perspectives and collaborate on how to manage and measure the end-to-end customer experience. 
 
Janet is the winner of a Stevie Award for Women in Business (Best Executive) and thanks to her leadership, Canada Post won four international awards. PURPOSE OF FUND
Award a scholarship to a newly-admitted undergraduate student at the Telfer School of Management.
 
SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS
Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must:
  1. be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with the protected/refugee status or an international student;
  2. be admitted as a full-time student in an undergraduate program at the Telfer School of Management of the University of Ottawa;
  3. have a minimum admission average of 80 %; and
  4. demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Financial Aid and Awards Service of the University of Ottawa.
 
NoteThe selected recipient will receive their scholarship once they are registered to the University of Ottawa.
