INTRODUCTION

This prize has been generously created by STEP Canada.

PURPOSE OF FUND

Award a prize to the student who has achieved the highest grade for the course CML3206 – Wills and the Law of Succession at the Faculty of Law, Common Law Section.

PRIZE DETAILS

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must:

  1. be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with the protected/refugee status or an international student;
  2. be registered as a full-time student to the JD program at the Faculty of Law, Common Law Section of the University of Ottawa; and
  3. have achieved the highest grade for the course CML3206 – Wills and the Law of Succession at the Faculty of Law, Common Law Section.
