Isabella Valancy Crawford Scholarship
 
INTRODUCTION
This scholarship was initiated by Catherine Crawford Humphrey in honour of Isabella Valancy Crawford.
 
PURPOSE OF FUND
To award a scholarship to an Honours student in English who has demonstrated academic excellence, and has taken at least 9 units in Canadian Literature.
 
SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS
Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must:
  1.       be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with the protected/refugee status or an international student;
  2.       be registered as a full-time Honours student in English;
  3.       be in excellent academic standing; and
  4.       have taken at least 9 units in Canadian Literature.

Note: Preference will be given to applicants who excel in Canadian Literature in the 19th century and prior to the First World War.
