EMMETT O'GRADY SCHOLARSHIP FUND IN ENGLISH

INTRODUCTION

The fund was established in 1982 by the Department of English to honour the memory of Emmett O'Grady, former Chairman of the Department and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Arts.

PURPOSE OF FUND

Financially support honours students who will have successfully completed three years in the Department of English at the University of Ottawa and who show outstanding promise in the field of English literature.

SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must:

1. be registered as a full-time student in the Department of English of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ottawa;

2. have completed three years in the Honours program; and

3. show outstanding promise in the field of English literature.
