Dumoulin-Kelley Bursary

INTRODUCTION

This fund was created in 2014 by Mrs. Agnes Kelley-Dumoulin in tribute to the memory of her late husbands, both devoted humanitarians and closely associated with the University of Ottawa; The Honourable Jacques Linière Dumoulin, Q.C., L.L.D., former judge of the Federal Court of Appeal of Canada, who died February 1988, and Lee Andrew Kelley, Q.C., senior partner of the former Ottawa law firm, Ewart, Scott, Kelley, Burke-Robertson, and Butler, who passed away in March 1962.

PURPOSE OF FUND

Financially support students at the Faculty of Law, Common Law Section.

SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must:

1. be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with the protected/refugee status or an international student;

2. be registered as a full-time student in an undergraduate program at the Faculty of Law, Common Law Section of the University of Ottawa; and

3. demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Financial Aid and Awards Service of the University of Ottawa
