ARNON CORPORATION ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP
INTRODUCTION
This fund is initiated by Gilad Vered (LL.B. 1980) and is named after the Vered’s family company, Arnon Corporation. Arnon Corporation is one of the most successful property developers and landlords in Canada's National Capital Region. Since the early 1960's, Arnon has built a reputation founded on stability, integrity, and responsiveness to client needs. The donor thanks the Government of Ontario for its effort to match contributions through its Ontario Trust for Student Support Program.
PURPOSE OF FUND
To provide a financial aid scholarship to a student entering in the JD program at the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa.
SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS
Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must:
1. be admitted as a full-time student in the first year of the Common Law Section (JD program) at the University of Ottawa;
2. be an Ontario resident, as per OSAP [2] rules; and
3. demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Financial Aid and Awards Service of the University of Ottawa.

Renewable: Yes, should the recipient have maintained a CGPA of at least 6.0
