BEAMENT GREEN PRIZE IN ADVOCACY
INTRODUCTION
This fund was established thanks to the generosity of Beament Green, a firm whose singular focus is in dispute resolution and whose team of partners, senior lawyers, and associates bring to the table unparalleled experience and expertise in civil litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
PURPOSE OF FUND
To provide prizes to the students registered in the JD program receiving the highest mark in each of the Trial Advocacy courses (CML3154A and CML3154B) in the Faculty of Law, Common Law Section, University of Ottawa.
PRIZE DETAILS
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must:
1. be registered in the JD program at the Faculty of Law, Common Law Section; and
2. have received the highest mark in each of the sections of the course CML 3154 - Trial Advocacy.
