INTRODUCTION
This fund was established by Bereskin & Parr in 1990.
PURPOSE OF FUND
Award a prize to the student registered in the JD program who has obtained the highest mark in the course CML3771 – Introduction à la propriété intellectuelle et industrielle or the course CML3371 – Introduction to Intellectual and Industrial Property, offered by the Faculty of Law, Common Law Section of the University of Ottawa.

Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must:
1. be registered as a full-time student in the Faculty of Law, Common Law Section of the University of Ottawa; and
2. have obtained the highest mark in the course CML3771 – Introduction à la propriété intellectuelle et industrielle or the course CML3371 – Introduction to Intellectual and Industrial Property, offered by the Faculty of Law
